their that a friend of mine used and they completely messed up the installation. When he called Fry's they said sorry the installation

BUYING EXPERIENCE:
My friend pointed me to HD Installers. She said they did a great job and paid a lot less than what it cost at Bestbuy and she was
right. I saved $500 from what the manager at BestBuy said. I went to the manager because the sales person was quoting something
way to low based on what my friend said. I found out that the sales guy didn't include everything I wanted. The manager gave me a
discount off the TV for the mistake and I ordered the installation from HD Installers. I'm glad I listened to you Susi.

My wife thinks I'm a bit of a tool. And she's probably right. I let this wonderful girl in best buy talk me into getting a huge plasma
television and their installation. I just sort of showed up at home with it. The installation was scheduled for 2 weeks later. When they
finally showed up they couldn't do the job it was on a brick fireplace. My wife got online and contacted HD Installers. That night
someone came out and installed our TV. We got our money back from BestBuy. My wife said that you should never order service
from a big box store they always screw it up. I guess she was right. The Best Buy girl was very cute I don't think I was thinking
clearly. Make sure you don't get suckered it at best buy... only trust HD Installers to install your television.

When you're looking for an installation company to install your plasma television. You're looking for someone you can trust your
investment with. Since you don't know who's coming to your door you need to find a company with great referrals and insurance.
HD Installers has both. I read their reviews and all the customers seemed very happy. I spoke to Holly at HD Installers and she was
polite and asked all the right questions. HD Installers was also very responsive not like some of those other companies I called. HD
installers deserves and earned all 10 Stars from me. My television looks good on the wall.
